Job Description

- Job details: Responsible for reviewing the legal validity of all contracts, documents, regulations, procedures, and company materials to ensure compliance with laws and government regulations.

- Responsible for overseeing the legal aspects and drafting contracts, documents, and legal files for the company.

- Organize problem-solving points and propose solutions, and carry out legal procedures in the company's production and business operations.

- Advise the management and other departments on legal matters related to business operations.

- Organize the updating and guidance of departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the activities of each department and unit.

- Assist in developing company regulations, internal rules, or other system documents related to the company's operations;

- Representing the Board of Directors in resolving disputes, litigation, and working with competent State agencies (if any).

- Participate in handling other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Job requirements: Cultural knowledge, professional expertise

Mastering the Vietnamese legal system in general, and especially the laws on contracts, commerce, civil law, and real estate business.

Understanding of the business activities of real estate, construction, taxation, and finance companies.

Degrees and certificates

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.

Experience

Five years or more of experience in the relevant field.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in advising and resolving disputes in the fields of real estate business law, civil law, investment law, etc.

Skill

Skills: problem-solving.

Communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships skillfully.

Planning and execution skills

Skills in debating legal issues.

Proficient in using computers and office applications. Effectively utilize and extract information from the Internet.

Other requirements

Able to withstand work pressure

Analyzing and predicting problems under conditions of insufficient information.

Job-related certifications (lawyer's license, etc.)

Desire for a long-term commitment.

- Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

The probationary period is 2 months, with probationary salary equal to 85% of the official salary.
Employees are entitled to benefits and rights according to Vietnamese labor law: Participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as stipulated by law upon signing a formal contract, 13th-month salary, bonuses, birthday gifts, bereavement leave, etc.
Working hours: Full-time. Monday to Saturday, office hours. Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
