- Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring business strategies to achieve Times' revenue and market share targets; leading the sales team to develop sustainably, expand customers and increase sales efficiency.
- Develop monthly/quarterly/annual business plans in line with company goals.
- Market research, competitor analysis, industry trends to propose effective business strategies.
- Participate in training, developing and managing sales staff; orienting, coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales policies, business performance evaluation criteria and transparent reward and punishment mechanisms.
- Directly manage and supervise the sales process from approaching, offering to signing contracts and customer care.
- Maintain and expand relationships with current customers, while searching for potential customers.
- Coordinate with Marketing department to optimize product/service outreach and promotion.
- Responsible for sales targets, profits and business performance of the department.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors
- Propose solutions to improve business performance and optimize costs.
- Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.
