    Job Description

    work content

    • Monitor and manage all office computers: computers, printers, photocopiers, etc. of the Company system
    • Periodic maintenance and repair of office machines and network systems
    • Administration and operation of the company's mail server
    • Manage and update articles on the company website
    • Manage and coordinate construction and installation of network, computer, and camera systems with ncc
    • Manage timekeeping devices, sound systems, meeting room microphones, projectors, photocopiers, and printers at the company
    • Prepare meeting rooms such as speakers, microphones, projectors,... at meetings as required
    • Coordinate with Administration Department to deploy new office setup (if any)

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from University/College majoring in: Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts,....
    • Experience: Experience in Real Estate design is an advantage.
    • Agile, proactive, responsible at work
    • Proficient in using image design tools
    • Enthusiastic, sociable, progressive in work.
    • Sense of responsibility, honesty, listening, proactive in work.

    Job benefits

    • Income: fixed salary 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND (2-month trial, receive 85% of official salary)
