Responsibility:
Receive customer information, coordinate with other departments to implement assigned projects according to the company's process. Improve the process to make operations fast - neat - effective.
Prepare preliminary estimates, adjust costs according to market and suppliers
Make quotations for equipment, goods and materials for each project.
Prepare bidding documents (if any) to meet the requirements of the bidding documents and other request documents.
Make a sales contract (all parties involved)
Collaborate with the Project Management Department to remotely manage the project from start to finish (Keep track of progress, workload, and suppliers to promptly report and handle any issues that arise)
Coordinate with the supplier management and supervision department (if any). Signed documents and related procedures for quotation, payment and related registration documents.
Monitor, manage and urge the acceptance, handover and payment process with customers.
Track actual costs against estimates to ensure acceptance of volume and settlement with customers.
Periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to all levels on progress and product quality
Track receivables and settlement issues with customers and suppliers
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
