- Job description: The branch manager is the person directly responsible for managing and operating all activities of the branch under the authorization of the parent company; The branch representative works with state agencies, partners and customers within the assigned scope. The branch manager is responsible for organizing the implementation of the business plan, managing human resources, finance, assets and seal of the branch; ensuring that the branch's operations comply with the law and internal regulations of the company. At the same time, the branch manager is obliged to periodically and suddenly report on the operation and financial situation to the parent company, subject to the direction, inspection and supervision of the Board of Members or the Director/General Director of the parent company, and must be personally responsible before the law and the company if violations occur within the assigned scope of authority.
