JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work at the studio in shifts arranged by the Operations Supervisor.
• Make sure the studio is neat, tidy, and clean.
• Make sure the studio's equipment and tools are complete and working well.
• Ensure delivery and return of studio equipment and tools.
• Welcoming and serving customers thoughtfully, professionally and warmly.
• Help Sales and EMS Coach staff in providing sales consulting and training to customers within the assigned scope.
• Support and answer customers' questions during workouts at the studio.
• Report to the Operations Supervisor about the current status and problems arising at the studio and make reports as required
• Coordinate with CS/CX department to handle customer feedback issues.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors
2. REQUIREMENTS
• Female, good looking, 1m58 tall, light makeup when going to work (lipstick, hair bun, black skirt, black shoes).
• Proficient in using office computers
• Basic communication English
• Customer care skills, knowledge of customer service and good handling of situations during work.
• Know how to manage time effectively, prioritize important tasks first.
