1. User Support:

Receive and resolve technical support requests from end users via channels: email, phone, remote.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving software, internal applications, and devices.
Assists with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of end-user work-related software, applications, and systems.
Instruct end users on how to use applications, software and resolve issues that arise o Suggest process improvements and update user manuals, troubleshoot applications.
Track, report recurring issues and coordinate with development team to fix.
Instruct users on how to use IT applications and equipment.

Monitor and manage the status of IT devices such as computers, printers, and network equipment.
Plan to perform regular maintenance.

Ensure that basic information security measures are implemented and maintained.
Implement security measures such as updating passwords and managing access rights.

Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of Windows operating system, network connection setup and office applications.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting software applications, especially web applications and enterprise software.
Experience working in a multi-branch environment.
Good communication skills, good coordination with departments to solve problems.
Preferred: Knowledge of ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications. Basic knowledge of programming languages and databases.
