- Human Resources Administration staff is responsible for synthesizing opinions and needs of departments
- Create a recruitment plan to present to superiors
- Post job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate with departments to select suitable candidates.
- Send notifications to candidates. Drafting labor contracts for qualified candidates
- Evaluate results in reports to superiors
- Introduce and guide employees about the company, the company's production products and the company's personnel policies and regulations
