Participate in developing Opla CRM project
Collect, understand business and system requirements from customers. Perform analysis and build business requirement specification documents.
Support and advise customers in orienting product requirements, proposing solutions and negotiating with customers.
Act as a bridge between product development and customers. Make the programmer understand the business & customer expectations. Coordinate with development teams throughout the development process and interact with customers to keep abreast of customer requirements, changes, goals and expectations.
Write software business requirement specification documents, use case specification documents; make mockups.
Write user manuals and end user training.
Organize instructions and support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
Perform other duties as required by superiors.
