Job Description

業務内容：
- 金融に関する日本語にてカスタマーサポート作業やお問い合わせの対応。（メール、電話、カスタマーサポートシステム）。
- 日本人顧客の書類を承認する作業。
- Delivering customer support via phone call, email, live chat, report,...
- Handle escalation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners. - Train, and develop the Japanese Customer Service team (If have).
- Support to look for new clients, diplomatic issues, marketing, research & conduct other missions assigned by Manager & Directors

REQUIREMENTS
対象となる方：
- 男性女性どちらでも可､ 40歳未満
- 日本人。
- ホーチミン市での勤務となります｡
- PCスキル（Word/Excel）､基本操作が出来る方
- 前向きな姿勢で仕事に取り組める方
- コールセンター経験者歓迎
- 作業の要求に応じて、休日、祝日に出勤できる方。
*Tet（ベトナムのお正月）、祝日出勤がある場合、ベトナム労働法の規定に基づいて手当付与あり。

Salary：UptoUSD gross+家賃補助（500 USD） (trợ cấp nhà ở)
