Manage and be responsible for administering the work of the Legal Department:
- Assign tasks, guide, support, review and take full responsibility for the quality of the Department's legal work, including but not limited to: Dossier, business registration procedures; Review, draft and review Contracts and documents; drafting and reviewing legal aspects of internal processes, regulations, documents; ...)
- Manage, train and coach all levels of staff in the Department
Participating in contract negotiations
Participate in building, amending and supplementing the charter, promulgating internal rules and regulations of the Company. Participate in assessing the legality of documents issued by the Company.
Monitor and inspect the implementation of laws, charters, internal rules and regulations of the Company. Ensure that all activities of the Company comply with relevant laws.
Work directly with law enforcement agencies and solve arising issues related to law. On behalf of the Company to conduct legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes and related proceedings.
- Timely and accurately update legal documents and policies related to the organization and production and business activities of the Company.
- Drafting and evaluating internal contracts and documents before submitting to leaders for signing and promulgation.
- Advising and advising the Leaders of the Corporation and the Departments/Departments/units on legal issues related to all business activities of the Corporation; Actively handle and advise the Corporation's leaders to well handle legal situations arising in economic, civil, labor, tax, insurance transactions...
Support other Departments/Departments when required
Implement periodic reporting regime as prescribed and ad hoc as required.
Other tasks as assigned by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director and Leaders of the Corporation
