- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and human resource development plans.

- Planning human resources to serve well for production, business and the company's strategy.
- Develop salary and bonus regulations, incentive measures

- Organize and perform administrative work according to the functions and duties and at the request of the Board of Directors
- Develop regulations, make plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the company.
- Researching, drafting and approving applicable regulations in the Company, building the company's organizational structure

- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the Company.
