- Plan, manage and allocate budget for business and brand promotion programs in line with the company's vision and strategy.
- Orient and develop market programs, set KPI targets for each program, monitor implementation and summarize and evaluate results.
- Maintain relationships with major customers by regularly visiting them; uncovering specific needs, anticipating potential opportunities.
- Build, develop, and expand relationships with new potential customers.
- Manage and support the work of product managers, directly responsible for some strategic products of the Company.
- Market research and development: conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to develop marketing strategies in line with the client's business objectives. Regularly update business situation, steel market fluctuations in Vietnam and report to the parent company, share information with subsidiaries in the group in Vietnam, ASEAN bloc in Southeast Asia.
- Concurrently holding the position of Head of Human Resources with the following HR-related duties:
+ Monitor the daily work process of the human resources department.
+ Coordinate with other departments to do a good job of recruiting and managing human resources in the enterprise.
+ Timely human resource orientation and training.
+ Manage department and company budgets; organize events within the company and corporation.
+ Monitor, communicate, and answer questions about procedures, regulations, and policies for employees according to current Labor Law.
