Job Description

1. JOB CONTENT:

Manage and develop sales staff and customer service staff to achieve sales growth goals.
Build and optimize consulting and customer care processes from pre-sale, during-sale and after-sale (consulting new customers, taking care of old customers, upscaling old customers,...
Build cooperation plans with online sellers and agents to develop revenue.
Perform other tasks

2. INCOME: 15,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND/month

Including: Fixed salary 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND/month (Deal during interview) + team sales commission + bonus
1 month probation with 85% salary
Seniority allowance every 6 months: each time + 500,000 VND to monthly salary.
Consider salary increase every 6 months, sudden salary increase when achieving excellent results.
Bonus based on performance

3. BENEFITS:

13th month salary bonus, social insurance and health insurance, 12 days off per year and other benefits according to Company regulations.
