Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advise the Director in operating travel business activities:
- Advise the Director in making business plans and monitoring implementation.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening close cooperative relationships with partner, service and tourism units.
Manage and administer the work of the business department, operating as assigned by the Director:
- Manage sales department
- Training and guiding sales department personnel
- Monitor, supervise and support departments in implementing assigned revenue and profit targets plans.
- Assign tasks and check daily results to sales department members
Sales, achieving assigned sales targets:
- Responsible for offering and selling the company's tour products/services.
- Develop implementation plans and complete assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Search for new customers through many different means and forms.
- Work directly with service providers with reasonable prices and good quality.
- Receiving, responding to information, calculating product prices according to customer requests.
- Draft tour sales contracts with customers (for group tours) and submit them for approval according to regulations.
- Report sales and periodic work as requested by the Director.
Work coordination:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent and thorough tour organization, ensuring service quality during the tour and reputation with customers.
- Monitor and update the list of existing Customers and newly found Customers or Customers who contact the Company directly;
- Propose regular and loyal customer care policies;
- Advise and propose to the Director measures to solve problems that arise during tour implementation.
