GENERAL MISSION:
- Strictly comply with the rules, regulations and rules of the Hotel.
- Promptly complete assigned tasks well and on time
- Must immediately notify the direct supervisor of any abnormalities that affect the operation and reputation of the Hotel.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers and colleagues.
- Manage the marketing and sales of hotel products to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with departments to create the perfect product.
RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure appearance, demeanor and uniform are always neat and clean. Ensure hygiene and aesthetics of the workplace.
- Understand the work process and responsibilities of the Sales Department.
- Coordinate with FO, HK, F&B department heads to create quality products that meet customer needs.
- Prepare annual Business and Marketing Plans.
- From the business plan, create a chart of difficult but achievable Salesperson/Sales Manager goals and implement strategies to ensure its achievement.
- Initiate and implement sales programs at the appropriate times.
- Supervise and provide direction to the Sales Department to maximize the full potential of employees.
- Secure new market segments by building new business relationships with new partners
- Monthly business results report and next month's business plan.
- Evaluate business progress based on business plans with defined targets to promptly adjust and supplement the implementation policy to closely follow and exceed targets.
- Carry out foreign affairs tasks:
+ Responsible for the content and promotion of hotel publications.
+ Propose promotional programs (in conjunction with relevant Department Heads).
- Instruct employees to participate in and implement quality and environmental management systems under the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Power:
+ Evaluate employees to conduct reward and discipline consideration.
+ Hotel representative negotiates and signs contracts with guests.
+ Initial training, on-the-job training and retraining.
+ Continue to coach and mentor employees to identify their own weaknesses and monitor these improvements to ensure that all sales tasks are performed promptly and effectively.
