+ Advise the Board of Directors on human resource management, organization and arrangement of personnel, recruitment and training, salary and bonus regulations, welfare policies and building a culture of conduct in the enterprise.
+ Propose measures to handle violations of company regulations within the scope of management of the human resources department.

+ Coordinate with the accounting department to calculate salaries, bonuses, and insurance for employees.
