Job Description

Develop customer care strategies and plans in conjunction with the Company's sales strategies and plans.
Implement care plans and guide customers at the hospital.
Build job descriptions and annual KPIs for each individual of the Customer Care Department based on the operational plan and functional tasks of the Customer Care Department.
Organize and control customer consultation information, consultation on implemented examination and surgery packages, and manage customer information.
Organize and control hospital switchboard system.
Organize, assign and supervise customer care and guidance positions.
Organize and control translation work: interpret for foreigners coming for examination, translate customer records using services at the hospital when requested (if any).
Receive, resolve, and coordinate the resolution of customer feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or complaints.
Develop plans, organize survey activities, monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction indicators, and update periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
Propose a customer service standards training program and implement customer service standards training: appearance, demeanor, communication, and behavior.
Research and propose solutions to improve customer service quality to help increase work efficiency.
Organize and manage the Customer Service Department to perform assigned tasks, assign work and periodically monitor and evaluate employees.
