- Manage and promote the operations of the quality management and testing department; ensure the quality, functions and operations of the department.
- Manage quality assurance documentation; propose quality assurance programs & policies
- Ensure that facilities and production operations comply with quality management guidelines and internal standards.
- Regular checks on the factory quality management system.
- Guide employees in their department to perform daily tasks; manage quality management tools.
- Ensure finished products meet customer requirements and company quality standards as well as the standards of the quality systems that the company is applying.
- Handle abnormal reports on product quality; develop plans and countermeasures to improve and prevent errors from recurring.
- Responsible for handling customer feedback reports on product quality.
- Prepare summary reports on quality, quality conditions and report work directly to the company's board of directors.
- Develop and establish processes, standards and measurement systems, quality control for the company's products/services.
- Review customer requirements and ensure these are met.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to establish quality requirements from raw material suppliers.
- Establish standards for quality and occupational safety during production.
Other jobs:
- Report to the Company's Board of Directors on issues related to the quality management and testing department.
- Respond to quality issues with customers/quality organizations.
- Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- Knowledge of ISO, especially ISO 13485 and 9001.
- Can read and research documents in English or Japanese.
- Have good organizational, leadership and management skills.
- Teamwork skills, effective presentation and persuasion skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of quality management systems.
- Good communication and problem solving skills, intelligent and perceptive.
