    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. SALES
    • Monthly sales plan.
    • Achieve sales and KPI targets.

    1. MARKET DEVELOPMENT
    • Fully and accurately implement marketing and customer care programs.
    • Research the market, regularly update information on customers, products, competitors; plan and implement sales activities.
    • Interact with systems within the Company such as the sales department, managers, and pharmacists to regularly evaluate your Marketing plan to ensure it meets requirements and is most effective.
    • Expand building relationships, developing relationships to expand the market.
    • Tap into markets with the potential to generate more sales.

    1. PROMOTE SALES
    • Introduce/offer the company's products to customers such as: pharmacies, pharmacy chains, etc.
    • Build customer relationships and manage assigned territory.
    • Collect information about customers, competitors, product quality, prices and make recommendations to develop and control the market well.

    INTEREST:

    • High income from 8 - 15 million/month : basic salary + Allowance + KPI salary + % commission + bonus + quarterly and annual bonus
    • Bonuses for holidays, New Year, birthdays, seniority

    REQUEST:

    • Gender: Male/ Female
    • Experience in pharmaceutical sales and OTC sales preferred
    • Ready to train new graduates, will be trained
    • Have means of transportation and not afraid of difficulties
    • Responsible, honest in work, teamwork in team and sociable, eager to learn in work
    • Have sales skills, communication, and customer persuasion
