Job details
1. Prepare and implement recruitment plans for the Group on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Coordinate with Department Heads in making recruitment plans based on business plans and operational plans of the Departments/Departments
- Allocate recruitment targets to recruitment specialists and staff to complete the approved recruitment plan.
2. Complete the recruitment process and system of recruitment tools
- Update, adjust, and complete the recruitment process to suit the requirements of superiors and the actual work situation.
- Develop recruitment tests for each job position
- Develop a candidate evaluation tool system.
3. Carry out recruitment work and build and manage recruitment budget
- Directly participate in interviews for senior positions and re-interview for other positions according to job requirements
- Build, manage and control recruitment budget.
4. Organize training for recruitment specialists and staff in interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Organize training for recruitment specialists and staff in interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Organize discussions and recruitment group meetings to share work and motivate employees.
5. Advise the Board of Directors on strategies for building and promoting the HR brand and attracting talent for the Group

6. Carry out other instructions from superiors.
Job requirements
- Age: 25 - 35 years old.
- Minimum qualifications: University or equivalent
- Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related majors
- Minimum working experience in similar position: 1-3 years
- Skills: Negotiation, Establishing relationships, Good and clear communication, Planning, Problem solving, Team work, Training & presentation, Proficient in office software
- Necessary qualities: dynamism, enthusiasm, intelligence, sharpness, professional style
- Priority is given to being fluent in Chinese.
