Job Description


1- Recruitment and Selection Process Management: Develop Recruitment plans and implement new recruitment and selection processes.
Build and maintain effective recruitment channels, including using social media, job sites, and recruiting events.
2- Employee Profile Management: Manage and secure employee records, including updating personal information, managing documents related to compensation and insurance.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations on data protection and employee privacy.
3.Staff Support and Training Support training and personal development activities for employees.
Develop and implement new employee orientation programs and training programs related to job-related skills.
4. Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits policies, including determining salary levels, health and insurance benefits.
Monitor new legal and market regulations to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits policies.
5. Labor Relations Management: Coordinate and resolve labor-related issues, including performance management, resolving labor disputes, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Build and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that encourages consensus and harmony within the organization.
6. Reporting and Legal Compliance: Prepare reports related to human resources and labor issues for management and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations relating to labor and human resources.
Reporting and tracking: Create and maintain payroll and benefits related reports, providing data and information to management to support strategic decisions and human resource management.
3- Comply with and organize the implementation of policies, regulations and instructions of the Board of Directors: - Develop plans and organize the implementation of the Board of Directors' decisions and regulations.
- Monitor the implementation according to approved plans, report fully, promptly and honestly on the progress and results of work when performing tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
6. Other work Perform other administrative duties as required by management: Ensure completion of other administrative duties as required by management, while ensuring satisfaction of other departments within the company.
