JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Advise the CM on the school's business strategy; Develop monthly/quarterly/annual business plans for the school
- Synthesize, analyze, and prepare reports on plan implementation, propose measures to promote business activities to complete and exceed assigned plans.
- Manage, implement, and be responsible for and supervise the work process of counselors at the assigned school. Grasp market fluctuations, team fluctuations,... report to superiors and make timely suggestions.
- Build and train the sales team according to the process, regularly improve the process to increase conversion rate.
- Develop and deploy sales scenarios (monthly, quarterly, yearly) perform Offline Sale activities (at schools, businesses...) find potential customers;
REQUEST:
- Graduated from College, University or higher
- At least 1 year of experience or more in a similar position;
- Have broad knowledge and understanding of integrated business systems.
- Have skills in planning, implementation, inspection, monitoring and evaluation.
- Have skills in training, teamwork, and motivating employees to maximize their abilities.
RIGHT:
- Negotiable fixed salary, income 18 - 60 million/month;
