| - Building Sales/Marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms
- Build and propose sales plans and online sales of the company through channels
- Manage costs and implement sales marketing campaigns , maximize the effectiveness of programs on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor performance, create evaluation reports and analyze specifically the effectiveness of marketing programs on e-commerce platforms to develop strategies suitable for the business situation of each e-commerce platform.
- Establish processes and procedures for operating e-commerce channels
- Mainly responsible for working with e-commerce platforms : Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tiktokshop and the company's retail website.
- Manage Livestream sales programs : Shopee Live, Laz Live, Tiktok Live,
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting & planning as required; Reporting and analyzing campaigns, promotional programs of competitors and the market
- Work directly with CS to track orders, customer interactions, and resolve complaints to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to place orders & manage inventory ; ensure processes run smoothly to meet consumer shopping experiences
- Make reports, accept and reconcile costs for sales marketing campaigns; check and explain costs to the accounting department.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to complete assigned tasks in other categories of FADIN.
- Participate in implementing events as assigned and directed by the person in charge.

| - Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 26 to 30
- Education: Priority is given to E-commerce or University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing and related majors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Have experience in operations management in the field of e-commerce; understand the marketing tools of e-commerce platforms
- Good planning, organizing and controlling skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team, withstand high pressure, enthusiastic, creative in work.
- Ability to manage risks to minimize potential risks
- Creative, systematic thinking, good aesthetic ability.
- Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point...), Internet.
- Good English (4 skills).
