Job Description

- Job details:

  • Market research, regional analysis, competitor analysis, pricing, market share, and entry costs.
  • Approach and expand the network of distributors/dealers/sales points along regional routes.
  • Develop and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly coverage plans, ensuring stable growth.
  • Establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): follow the customer service route, report issues, and handle problems.
  • Break KPIs down by HR channel; measure and adjust continuously.
  • Update the customer and route data system (Google Sheets / Notion / Lark).

- Job requirements:

23 years of experience in FMCG or similar distribution industries.

Understanding the distribution model: Distributor, Agent, Branch, Point of Sale, Market Team.

Practical experience in the market (meeting with distributors, surveying sales points, handling complaints).

Knowing how to analyze regional competitors and entry costs.
