    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Nurturing and developing customer relationships, ensuring sales targets are met.
    • Develop and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly business plans.
    • Conduct market research, identify and expand your customer base.
    • Propose and implement sales programs and support policies to achieve sales targets.
    • Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle orders, deliveries, accounts receivable, and any arising issues.
    • Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing support programs and events.
    • Submit regular work reports and perform assigned tasks.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduates from colleges/universities in the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Import/Export, Finance and Accounting, or other economics-related fields.
    • Experience in the automotive, tire, and parts industry, and working with B2B clients is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, and able to handle sales pressure.
    • Strong analytical skills regarding the market and customers; high sense of responsibility and proactiveness in work.
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Willing to travel for short business trips when needed.
