I. JOB DUTIES
- Manage the sales team and be responsible for completing the team's business (Investment Consulting) targets.
- Organize and implement the business plan to ensure compliance with the assigned plan.
- Develop markets and expand customer relationships.
- Manage customers and ensure service standards and quality for customers according to Company regulations.
- Recruit and train staff in your team.
- Supervise and support employees.
- Other tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Sales Team Leader as directed by the Board of Directors.

III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or higher in economics, banking and finance, business administration or related majors.
- Have experience operating in the fields of Finance, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate or related industries: Minimum 02 years.
- Have at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Ability to plan and develop customers and markets.
- Ability to recruit, manage leadership teams, motivate and lead teams.
