Production Team Leader
Main responsibilities
1) Carry out production in compliance with HSE, GMP & GDP
2) Ensure production records and batches are completed accurately and on time
3) Manage shift KPIs, including visual control and providing progress reports to peers and production managers
4) Develop strong motivation for team members
5) Ensure all quality control points and critical control points are followed
6) Develop and recommend improvements to factory facilities, equipment or processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and efficiency
7) Responsible for maintaining product standards
8) Monitor and conduct training of existing and new employees
9) Work in shifts and rotate shifts according to production schedule
10) Control production to run according to plan with assigned output, productivity and high quality
11) Understand the structure and function of the machine to detect abnormalities and detect problems with machinery and equipment.
12) Coordinate and closely monitor maintenance activities with maintenance engineering team, line technicians and machine operators.
13) Understand, investigate root causes of quality defects, problems, deviations, determine root cause investigation and preventive corrective actions according to procedures.
14) Perform timekeeping, working hours of shift members, confirm annual leave and complete paperwork for personnel
Other responsibilities
1) Create Daily Production Orders
2) Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily work requirements
3) Check and verify all forms are filled out correctly.
4) Monitor and minimize waste based on actual output and capacity
5) Monitor all Production Control activities including system maintenance, managing production process from raw material to finished product
6) Add and create Purchase Requisition for all consumable inventory items when inventory is below warning level.
