    Job Description

    • Manage and monitor activities during shift:
      • Assign work, instruct and supervise employees during shifts to ensure best performance.
      • Monitor, check and maintain sales service quality according to company standards.
    • Staff training and coaching
    • Inventory and revenue management:
      • Check, arrange and monitor the status of goods, ensure sufficient quantity and quality of displayed products.
      • Conduct periodic inventory, control loss and prepare revenue reports during work shifts.
    • Customer support and problem solving:
      • Resolve arising situations and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively.
      • Support staff in consulting, sales and handling complex transactions.
    • Reporting and coordination:
      • Report on business situation, performance and propose solutions to improve service quality.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the kiosk business runs smoothly.
