I. Job description
- Receive newly assigned data (on Pancake), advise on closing orders according to the scenario and company regulations.
- Take care of orders from the time of closing the order, until the customer complains or returns. Handle to customer satisfaction.
- Make daily reports and other types of reports according to the instructions of the Department Head.
- Perform other tasks to support the team as assigned (if any).
II. Request
1. Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 06 months in a similar position.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the fashion industry.
2. Skills
- Proficient in pancakes, pos, office information technology.
- Fast typing.
- Ability to handle situations well, quick thinking, knowing how to grasp customer psychology.
- Ability to cover, manage, work independently and in groups.
3. Attitude
- Enthusiastic and proactive.
- High commitment.
- Adapt to change
Other requirements:
- Have a personal computer.
- Can work in shifts:
There are 2 shifts, rotating shifts (no fixed shifts)
- Morning: 7am-4pm. On duty at the office (1 hour lunch break 12:13 a.m.)
- Afternoon: 14:00 - 23:00. Divided into two shifts:
+ Shift: 14:00 - 20:00 on duty at the Office
+ Shift: 21:00 - 23:00 on duty at home.
6 days off per month (Registration and arrangement by manager)
III. Remuneration policy
Income: 7,000,000 -12,000,000. Includes: Hard salary 5,100,000 + KPI salary from 1,000,000 - 4,000,000 + Team performance bonus + % Revenue commission (0.6 - 1%)
Welfare:
- 02 month probation period, 85% salary. After a probationary period of more than 6 months, the company will refund 15% of the first probationary salary, equivalent to a 1-month probationary period.
