MAIN WORK:
Schedule arrangement: Receive information, plan & arrange COO's working schedule with Customers, Partners and internal Departments/Divisions.
Organize and coordinate all activities with the COO's participation, ensuring relevant personnel are informed and best prepared.
Participate, take notes and summarize the content of meetings between COO and Customers/Partners and Departments/Divisions.
Support COO in monitoring and supervising the progress of Departments/Divisions, and directly support Departments/Divisions in resolving problems arising during the implementation of COO's instructions.
Responsible for drafting emails and supporting the COO in building, managing, and storing documents, papers, and reports: contracts, official dispatches, Slide Decks, Presentations, Proposals,...
Advise COO in planning, making decisions and directions related to the company's organization, operations and business activities.
Convey information and instructions from the COO clearly and accurately to relevant Departments/Divisions; Receive feedback from Departments/Divisions to the Board of Directors.
Summarize reports, analyze and evaluate the performance of the company and its Departments/Divisions.
Work with Clients/Partners under direct direction from COO.
Perform other duties or new projects as requested directly by the COO.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Have outstanding academic achievement or outstanding extracurricular experience in a leadership role
Proficient in computer and office software
Use English fluently
Ability to organize and implement work independently
Meticulous, neat, responsible in assigned work
Hardworking, inquisitive, willing to learn
Like to conquer challenges and explore one's own potential, not afraid to take on new challenges
