Job details
- Assist the Director in coordinating work with external parties, connecting activities with departments/individuals to ensure maintenance of daily activities and timely handling of work of departments/departments.
- Arrange and remind the Director's work schedule, meeting schedule, business trips, meetings (including: preparing documents, preparing meeting rooms, booking airline tickets and hotels,...)
- Arrange and organize meetings: at the request of the Director and department meetings
- Support transactions with partners
- Notify, note and report arising tasks and send them to the Director for guidance
- Communicate the Director's opinions/directions to relevant individuals and departments and monitor, urge and inspect the work of relevant departments according to the communicated content.
- Receive, check and submit documents for signature according to the direction of the Director
- Participate in project-related meetings
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Director
- Support departments (if necessary)
