- Develop and implement annual and channel-specific Trade Marketing strategies, adhering to sales targets and brand direction, while analyzing sales data to propose appropriate promotional programs.
- Plan and organize point-of-sale activation programs such as displays, POSM, promotions, and sampling to ensure brand image consistency and deliver tangible sales results.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to develop monthly/quarterly sales support programs, monitor implementation effectiveness in the market, and make adjustments as needed.
- Trade marketing budget management, cost control, and return on investment (ROI) evaluation are crucial for optimizing resources.
- Develop plans and directly implement Event Marketing activities such as product launches, customer conferences, and brand activations, from concept, proposal, and budget to actual operation.
- Working with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure events are organized on schedule, to the required quality standards, and within budget.
- Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of the Trade/Event Marketing team; guide team development towards the company's growth objectives.
- Regularly report and analyze program results, and propose improvements to enhance business performance and brand image.
