■Job description
- Video Master | Your job includes planning the production, then conducting, cutting, editing, completing and exporting the complete video.
- King of effects | You are responsible for creating effects and editing many different types of videos to achieve the best communication effects.
- Teamwork expert | You will work directly with the head of the design department, the graphic design team and other colleagues in the company to receive assignments as well as orient the content strategy.
- Trend leader | You need to quickly grasp image trends in the world, thereby providing style advice for the company's video products.
- Lord support | Support the design team to produce other 2D graphic publications when necessary. Assist the Design team with other 2D graphic tasks when necessary.
- Team structure: This side operates in the scrum master model.
■REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of professional video production and editing experience.
- Understanding of video formats, sizes, and quality for publishing on different media channels.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and other video editing software.
- Proficient in other graphics software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, ... / Have basic graphics skills to support video production (subtitles, intro/outro) as well as support the production of publications Other communication products with the design team.
- Understanding/experience in using Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
- Careful and detailed in work
- Have good artistic sensibility, understanding of brand identity, and quick adaptation to the company's creative direction.
- Able to work effectively alone as well as in a team.
- Ability to work quickly, on deadline or under high pressure.
