JOB DUTIES
Customer service:
- Ensure the quality of customer service of the restaurant
- Conduct and compile customer satisfaction survey results according to programs, campaigns or monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Handle customer issues, feedback or complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, create good experiences to increase loyalty.
Brand Marketing:
- Coordinate with departments to carry out brand promotions, events, and programs at the restaurant.
- Manage social media channels and media content.
Other jobs:
- Equipment and space management
- Combine related parts during operation
- Work under the direction of superiors
Position requirements:
- Have 1 year or more experience in customer service management or marketing.
- Good customer communication skills and problem solving ability.
- Basic understanding of marketing especially in the F&B industry is an advantage.
