Job description
- Make calls to customers who are having incentives according to the data provided by the company for product advice.
- Support and answer customer inquiries.
- Educate customers on related processes.
- Product information: Cash and Credit Card.
- Working time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 26 working days/month
Location: Viet Tower Building, No. 1 Thai Ha, Dong Da
Candidate Requirements
- Age 19-30 years old.
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Knowing use office computer.
- Careful, honest, reliable, disciplined, hardworking
- Telesales experience is an advantage
