JOB DETAILS - Taking care of and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and building relationships with new customers;
- Chat or call customers when needed to provide product advice and answer their questions during the purchasing process;
- Create customer orders on the software, then forward the orders to the order dispatch department for delivery.
- Expand your customer base through email, Zalo, phone, etc.
- Prepare other reports as requested by the Department Head.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have at least 6 months of experience and a college/university degree or higher.
- Male/Female aged 22-33, no regional accent, presentable appearance.
- Basic office computer skills
- I have a personal laptop.
- Working and rest hours: Working from Monday to Saturday morning.
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
- Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
+ Closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday every week
