Receive recruitment needs and plan recruitment for IT positions in Japan, especially positions: BrSE, Front PM, SE, Sales IT with Japanese
Job Effort: Direct Recruitment: 70%, Internal Event Organization 30%
Directly deploy the Company's recruitment brand communication in Japan
Continuously expand the candidate pool for positions according to the recruitment plan
Participate in proposing improvements to work or recruitment strategies at department and company levels.
Organize recruitment and enrollment events at universities or at major events in provinces in Japan (Osaka, Tokyo)
Coordinate with HR VN team to recruit positions when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirement:
Japanese equivalent to N2
At least 2 years of experience working as HR at IT companies in the recruitment field;
Experience in implementing or supporting recruitment and enrollment events in Japan.
Living and working in Japan, understanding Japanese culture is a plus.
Have skills in editing, creating and communicating recruitment branding.
There is a large amount of candidate data for positions in the IT field such as: Dev, PM, Techlead, BrSE, IT Comtor, BA Japanese.
Understand and use recruitment channels well, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, Top CV, Vietnamwork, ITviec, TopDev
Ability to work independently, good communication & negotiation skills
Priority is given to those who have team management and have the opportunity to become HRM of a branch in Japan (for senior/Leader positions)
Working time: Mon-Fri: 10:00 ~ 19:00 (Japan time). 1 hour lunch break
Salary: Nenshuu: man/year + KPI Comission
