Job Description

- Job details:

Assisting with the company's daily administrative and welfare tasks.
Assisting in the preparation, organization, and implementation of internal activities/events: Monday Funday and other employee engagement and welfare programs.
Support in updating, organizing, and managing employee benefits data on the internal system (Base, tracking files, checklists).
Assisting the Compensation and Benefits department in payroll processing (providing support as instructed).
Perform other welfare administrative tasks as assigned by the Welfare/Operations Department.

- Job requirements:

Third-year/fourth-year students or recent graduates are preferred, especially those majoring in Human Resources, Management, or Economics.
Working hours: 13:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday (ideal time: free mornings for studying/working on projects/personal matters, avoiding rush hour traffic).
Work location: No. 16, T9 Street, The Manhattan Glory, Vinhomes Grand Park, Long Binh Ward, Thu Duc City.
Careful, organized, and supportive; proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with creating checklists and tracking data is an advantage.
