- Job details:

Call to inquire about study programs using the company's existing data and the company's telephone hotline.
Providing advice on training programs and courses, and answering related questions for students via phone, text message, or online channels.
Proactively contact students from the assigned data list to introduce the program and understand their needs.
Schedule in-person or online consultations to help increase conversion rates and achieve departmental goals.
Providing guidance on registration and enrollment procedures; assisting with receiving, managing, and handing over documents when classes begin.
Assist in recruitment activities as part of the department's campaign when required.
Update customer information and consultation history on the management system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support students throughout the registration and enrollment process.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Receive training in customer service and consulting skills, as well as practical work procedures.

- Job requirements:

Final-year students at colleges/universities.
Immediate start available; preference given to candidates seeking full-time internships of 3–6 months.
Serious, responsible, and diligent attitude.
Pleasant voice, good communication skills.
Careful, meticulous, and eager to learn.
Having an interest in areas such as consulting, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is an advantage.
