Job Description

- Job details:

We provide personalized study program consultations (online/offline) tailored to students' needs and goals, based on the company's databases (fanpages/websites/school data/data from supplementary products: mock tests, books, etc.).
Provide student support and monitor student progress in online/offline classes to ensure positive learning experiences (Monitor and maintain updated student information in the data management system).
Create and produce content on social media platforms (fan pages, TikTok) to attract customers.
Participate in brainstorming, planning, and implementing the Center's programs.
Participate in and support the organization of school events, other events, etc.

=> The goal is to achieve KPIs across 3 metrics: Sales, Customer experience, and Content creation.

- Job requirements:

Full-time: College/University graduates or higher, 3rd/4th year students awaiting graduation.
Part-time: Second-year to final-year students
I have a personal laptop.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service (with KPIs); experience in the Education industry is not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; focused; and possessing specific work goals to strive for.
Pursue careers in Sales/Consultant, Business Development, Sales Representative, Service, especially in the Education sector.
Having knowledge of IELTS is an advantage.
English skills: basic communication

- Benefits received:

Performance-based salary structure = Gross Salary (Base + Performance) + Commission + Bonuses + Allowances

Full-time gross salary (depending on level): 8,500,000 - 13,500,000 VND
Part-time fixed salary, not dependent on sales: 4,000,000
Unlimited commissions and bonuses, unaffected by KPIs.
Performance bonuses, monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, KPI bonuses, revenue-based bonuses, bounties, etc.
Monthly/annual compliance bonus: 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 VND (depending on level)
Overtime pay is 100%.
Lunch allowance ranging from 780,000 to 1,300,000 VND (calculated separately from salary).
Professionally trained in Sales and Customer Service, pursuing a service mindset.
