Job Description

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable of the company;
Work with our accounting partner and provide them with necessary invoices, documents, etc. for monthly reconciliation.
Support in preparing contracts for clients;
Support accounting document management and storage;
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with team members on various finance projects.
Gain exposure to the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial analysis.
Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with audits and compliance activities
Ensure the office operations run smoothly;
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, creating reports, etc.
Support other teams if needed and other duties as assigned.
