    Job Description

    1. Address: 28 Mac Dinh Chi, Ward Da Kao, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
    2. Working hours: Seasonal - can choose to work morning or afternoon_ Monday - Friday
    3. Describe:
    • Check, classify, arrange and store accounting documents, input/output invoices.
    • Enter documents into accounting software according to instructions.
    • Track accounts receivable; support data reconciliation with customers and suppliers.
    • Make a list of income and expenditure, summarize costs according to available forms.
    • Prepare internal payment and project documents as assigned.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (QS, HC-NS...) to collect data for accounting, payment or cost tracking.
    • Perform administrative work related to accounting as required by the Chief Accountant.
    • Comply with internal procedures, ensure accuracy and security of accounting data.
    • Secure company information and records.
    • Periodic work reports to the Chief Accountant.
