I. Membership Management
1. Member information management:
- Update, manage and store member information and handle related requests.
- Monthly reports on membership status.
- Track and send notifications about membership dues.
2. Brand license contract management:
- Monitor the Association's trademark licensing agreements.
- Monitor and check the use of the HVNCLC logo on the company's platforms and products, report and make documents to handle violations.
- Coordinate with businesses to resolve contract-related issues and ensure compliance with terms.
- Prepare quarterly reports on contract status and trademark fees.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Association.
4. Draft administrative documents. Make meeting minutes.
II. Market Research
- Collect, analyze and report market trends related to member businesses' industries (weekly reports).
- Market research, collect feedback from members' products/services (monthly or when required).
- Attend fairs/events, seminars and discussions of units to grasp information/report after attending.
III. Media and Events
1. Fanpage Management:
- Post articles and event information on the Association's fanpage (2-3 posts/week)
- Interact with other members and businesses, respond to messages, and manage the community.
2. Event logistics:
- Plan and organize Association events (in coordination with relevant departments).
- Provide information and support to members about the Association's programs, events and services.
- Prepare business invitations, manage registration, manage documents, contact service providers, monitor and coordinate events.
- Collect feedback from attendees and prepare reports evaluating event results.
- Convert event recordings into text for archiving and reference.
3. Other tasks as assigned based on each event of the Association.
Candidate requirements
- Education: University graduate (priority given to administration/clerical/journalism/Foreign languages).
- Experience: 02 years
- Professional skills: shorthand/synthesis/text editing
- Skills: work organization, effective time management, good communication (English proficiency is an advantage), good teamwork ability
- Proficient in office software and online management tools.

Working time
