Hiring:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.
Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.
Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
General:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately
Process purchase orders for the office
Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Request:
Graduated from University
Female
10 years of HR/TA experience including 6 years of experience recruiting IT engineers
Min 2 years of team leader experience (multiple companies preferred)
Have an excellent track record as a recruiter (achieving KPIs, etc.)
English or Japanese proficiency is at business level or higher (eg English: TOEIC 700 or higher, Japanese: N2 or higher)
