Duration: 3-6 months, full-time position, working on-site at the company office.
Respond to customer queries and complaints in English across multiple channels, including email, chat, tickets, and social media.
Enhance customer satisfaction and thrive loyalty by providing solutions and suggestions.
Monitor and track order statuses to address issues related to products, delivery, and after-sales service promptly.
Adhere to the standards and policies of customer support.
Communicate with suppliers to solve product-related issues.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
College degree or higher.
Fluent in English, especially writing and reading comprehension skills.
Proficient in computer skills & applications.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
High sense of responsibility, proactive, focused, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with e-commerce, especially drop-shipping, is a plus.
Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage.
Job Benefits:
Attractive salary: Competitive, negotiable based on performance up to 8,000,000 VND.
Working time: Monday - Friday, from 8:00-11:30, and 13:30-17:30 (lunch break from 11:30-13:30).
