I. Experience requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or IT Helpdesk, Network Systems, Cloud and Security.
Have basic knowledge of IT Helpdesk, including software, hardware, network and IT systems support.
Experience in consulting and selling IT products.
Skill requirements:
Effective teamwork, problem solving, and time management skills.
Communication and explanation skills for customers.
Office IT: Proficient in using office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent English communication is an advantage.
