Work content:
1. Searching for customers: Searching and approaching potential customers such as businesses and organizations, who have a need to use human resource services: Recruitment, Capacity assessment, human resource management system Employer branding
2. Build relationships with customers: Build a good relationship with them through meeting, chatting or networking activities. Understand the needs and meet the requirements of customers to advise and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Service introduction: Ability to present HR services in a creative, effective way about processes and benefits
4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and policies related to the contract. Ensuring that the contract is offered is well thought out and beneficial to both parties.
5. Customer support: Ensure that customers receive support and advice after signing the contract. Take care of customers to ensure services are provided on time and meet requirements.
6. Build a customer network: Build a network of potential customers to scale up. Build relationships with potential partners in the field.
