Direct report: Center Director Job Objectives - Objectives • Manage and arrange class schedules • Consulting & Increase sales of the company • Customer care management (KH) , the partner that I am assigned to be in charge of ✴️Key Responsibilities • Receive and advise on providing training services to customers; • Collecting and synthesizing information about markets, customers, introducing and selling services; • Collect tuition fees from customers and update them specifically, accurately and fully return them to the center • Manage and collect customer debts • Propose sales policies, after-sales programs; • Attendance, monitoring and management of students in the class; • Join teaching/teaching assistant if possible (additional allowance) • Perform other duties according to functions and requirements of direct manager.
