JOB:
- Operations management
Ensure the restaurant's daily operations run smoothly; inspect facilities and coordinate timely repairs.
- Human Resources Management
Scheduling shifts, training staff, checking discipline and conduct, and maintaining a Japanese-standard service culture.
- Service quality
Monitor hygiene, safety, and service attitude; handle complaints promptly; improve customer satisfaction.
- Revenue - Expenses
Track daily revenue; manage operating expenses.

REQUEST:
